“The depth and strength of a human character are defined by its moral reserves. People reveal themselves completely only when they are thrown out of the customary conditions of their life, for only then do they have to fall back on their reserves.” ~Leonardo Da Vinci
Hi, I’m Mirabelle! I graduated law school in Los Angeles, and have had to get creative in my quest to find a meaningful career. I hope to use this blog to document my adventures, obstacles and successes on this path, along with some of my interests and hobbies. Life isn’t just about work – I’ve gotten through some of the tougher times by trying to find some balance in my life. So I also hope to include my thoughts on current events, my favorite recipes and workouts, books and movies. Everything’s game! For my favorite posts, click here!
While this blog is called Not Quite Legal, I hope that it applies to all young professionals and individuals struggling to find who they are, where they belong, and how to adapt to an ever-changing world where even the most traditional careers are transforming into something completely new. I also hope to bring in some of my friends to weigh in on their experiences in other fields. We all feel like we’re not quite something – YET, right?
